I’m just back from my second trip to Alberta – I was supposed to be there for the final day of the Calgary Stampede and I was looking forward to getting some shots of the action.  Unfortunately a delayed flight from Glasgow resulted in us missing the connecting flight to Calgary and a 24-hour layover in London… so no Stampede for me!

Instead I turned my camera lens towards some of the other sights around Calgary and Edmonton.  Throughout both Cities there are some fantastic painted wall adverts.  I didn’t manage to snap many of them but here are 3 which I liked.

After taking these shots, there were some more buildings which caught my attention.
